Cloro is run by Cloro Incorporation Ltd. Its about page places the company in Valletta, Malta, with a team working remotely across Europe, and dates it to October 2025. LinkedIn lists 2 to 10 employees. The founder is Ricardo Batista. We found no public funding round.
The product is real and public: an API with documentation, official Python and TypeScript SDKs on PyPI and npm, and code on GitHub under cloro-dev. Anyone can sign up for the free tier without a card.

G2 shows 4.7 out of 5 from 57 validated reviewers, and we quote all 57 on this site. Most praise the quick setup, the single API across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google, and the parsed citations. The common complaints are price, missing Claude coverage and slow responses.
