How we review cloro

What this site is

cloro Reviews is an independent review aggregator. We are not cloro and we don't work for them. Our goal is simple: collect what real users say about cloro across the platforms where they post it, then organize it so you can make an informed decision in a few minutes instead of an afternoon.

Where the reviews come from

We aggregated 57 published reviews from G2. We did not write, edit, or solicit any of them. Every review is the words of a real cloro user, quoted from its original source:

  • G2· Validated B2B software reviewers, mostly at small businesses. G2 lists 53 of the 57 as collected through cloro's invitations.

How we score and tag

Each review is tagged by sentiment (positive, mixed, or critical) and by audience (developers and founders or seo and marketing or agencies), so you can filter to the perspective that matches you. The headline score (4.7/5) is the plain average of the star ratings across all 57 reviews. It is not a number we made up, and it is not weighted to flatter the product.

Every review here comes from G2, which validates each reviewer. G2 lists 53 of the 57 as collected through a cloro invitation ("Seller invite") and 4 as organic, and labels none of them incentivized. cloro's billing docs offer free-tier users 500 bonus credits a month for leaving a G2 review, for as long as the review stays up. The sentiment scores on the homepage come from our reading of all 57 reviews: for each theme, the share of mentions that are favorable, out of 10.

Review lists open sorted by "Most relevant": detailed, recent reviews that describe what cloro did for the writer come first, drawn from a mix of platforms, and the critical ones come after. Switch the sort to Newest, Highest rating, or Lowest rating, or filter to Critical, to read them in another order. The order never changes the averages above, which count every review we show.

Why we publish critical reviews

A review site that only shows praise isn't a review site. We include the negative reviews on purpose: the billing complaints, the support frustrations, the edge-case bugs, all verbatim and unedited. Balance is the entire point. It's what lets you trust the positive reviews too.

Affiliate disclosure

We earn a commission if you sign up for cloro through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the work. It does not influence which reviews we show, how we tag them, or the score we report. The data is the data whether or not you click a link.
